This fall, the BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA) will launch Asbestos Control Training (ACT) a series of 5 courses beginning with Asbestos 101 (Awareness Training) with specialty courses to follow. Courses are self-paced and accessible online 24/7.

Asbestos Control Training is complimented by BCCSA’s newly developed Asbestos Control Tool, an easy to use resource that will assess and create Exposure Profiles unique to each job site. Each project will have uniquely created documentation that includes a Procedures Checklist , Safe Work Practices and Equipment and Supplies list. The Tool is accessed via hand-held device on site and will generate and send by email finished documents to other site trades and administrative staff in real time.

As valued members of the BC Construction Association and VRCA, the ACT creative team invites you to preview a virtual demo of both the Asbestos Control Training courses and the Asbestos Control Tool on Wednesday October 20, 2021 at 8am PST.

If you wish to take part in this industry beta test, please send an email to [email protected] and provide your full name and email address. Once received a link to the virtual presentation will be sent to you.
