We are excited to announce that effective October 19, Joe Vales will be VRCA’s new Member Relationship Manager!
In his position, Joe will be the daily point of contact for members and prospective members and serve as their trusted advisor and champion. A talented relationship builder and natural dot-connector, Joe will seek to understand a business’ vision, goals, and needs before sharing how VRCA’s programs and services can enhance their success. Joe is looking forward to providing exceptional support to every VRCA member, exceeding their expectations, and building long-lasting relationships with those he serves!
Growing up in Kitimat, British Columbia, Joe understands the importance of building community. When he is not working, Joe serves in his local church and Portuguese communities and loves spending time with his family. He also coaches and officiates soccer and enjoys fishing and the great outdoors.
