VRCA, in partnership with business execution specialists Results, will hold a complimentary event for the construction community called Transforming Your Business – Innovation & Disruptive Change at The Terminal City Club in Vancouver on November 5.
Results understands that when the rate of external change exceeds your organization’s ability to identify risks, understand opportunities, and pivot, the risk to your business increases significantly. This complimentary workshop, designed specifically for senior leadership and business owners within the construction industry, will explore what change can mean for your business, how to identify and exploit innovative opportunities, and how to mitigate the risk of disruption. Issues specifically impacting the construction industry, such as the need for business innovation and maintaining employee retention in a tight labour market, will also be discussed.
Results CEO Jeff Tetz will be the session’s keynote speaker. Tetz joined Results in 2011 and now helps oversee a team of consultants who help mid-sized companies transform themselves from good to great. Jeff has almost 20 years of experience in leadership roles that include positions with the Edmonton Oilers and Eskimos, as well as 10 years of public speaking experience, including training, facilitation, and formal speaking engagements across Western Canada.
Complimentary breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m. and the event will begin at 8:00 a.m. Following the presentation, there will be the opportunity for attendees to network until 9:45 a.m.
