VRCA is excited to announce another new class, with a topic directly derived from the education needs assessment that occurred over the summer of 2018.
This valuable two-day class, entitled Microsoft Project for Construction, will take place on January 14 and 15. The instructors of this class have tailored the themes of this workshop to specifically focus on construction applications. The class includes hands-on activities that will teach you how to use Microsoft Project to create a roadmap for project execution.
Participants will learn to:
• translate estimates into schedules in MS Project and verify accuracy;
• submit electronic project plans and Gantt charts with bids; and
• manage workloads and workflow.
